Returns Policy

If you have purchased a Phantom product from one of our retail partners, your return must abide by the stores return policy. Please contact the store you purchased your Phantom product from for their return policy.

If you have purchased the product directly from Phantom the returned product/s must be in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. - We may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.

You must return your product/s within 30 days of the original order being dispatched. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation email.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will notify you via email that the return has been rejected and no credit will be issued. You can then choose to have the product/s returned back to you at your expense. If you do not notify us that you want your product/s returned within 14 days the product/s will be recycled.

No Return Products

Please be aware the below products are not returnable - for the safety of our customers we are not able to resell these products once the item/s have left our warehouse.

E-Liquid Bottles - We are unable to offer returns & refunds on e-liquid (Freebase + Nic Salts). These item/s are no longer fit for resale once they have left our warehouse. 

Prefilled Pods - We are unable to offer returns & refunds on prefilled pods. These item/s are no longer fit for resale once they have left our warehouse. 

Return Instructions

As long as your return adheres to the requirements described above, follow these steps to return your product:

Please contact our support team by clicking the button below and fill out the form to submit your return request.

Step 2

After receiving and reviewing your return request we will notify you via email that your return will be accepted and you can follow the return instructions inside that email.

Step 3

Upon receiving the returned item/s we will review the products you’ve returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, you will be offered a refund of your returned item/s back to the payment method used at the time of your purchase or a store credit to the value of your returned item/s to be used on the Phantom store.
